Established in 1994 by Di Oliver-Zahl
and Glenis Giles, OliverGILES Productions (Limited
2003) is a media and communications company who specialise in producing
multimedia programmes that offer an integrated approach to successful
social marketing and public education.
New Zealand owned and operated, the company has a proud commitment
to producing professional, innovative, content with wide audience
appeal.
Film
and Television
Oliver-Zahl and Giles have worked in the film and television industry
since 1989. Collectively and individually they have produced and
worked extensively on a diverse range of productions: award-winning
theatrical shorts, feature films, factual programmes, television
drama, television magazine series, children's television and television
commercials for the New Zealand market.

Media
The OliverGILES team has vision and energy for ideas that engage,
entertain and involve young people. Their strength lies in the unique
combination of considerable professional practice and academic research.
They work with some of New Zealand's best creative talents, have
a commitment to innovation and quality, and have strategic alliances
with specialist partners in the production of content for animation,
interactive and multimedia platforms.
OliverGILES developed their most recent Project
Q, over three years and were about to start pre-production of
the television series when Di was killed in an accident in February
2005. Di's devastating loss, both personally and professionally,
has galvanised Glenis to continue their work.
Project Q is supported by The
Sir Peter Blake Trust, the Ministry
of Education, the National
Institute of Water & Atmospheric Research and the Crown
Research Institutes, Transpower,
the
Vodafone Foundation, The
Royal Society, Television
New Zealand and Oktobor
Interactive.
Currently OliverGILES is working with Eve
Bay Studio to develop further Career DVDs and other projects
geared towards youth.
